Major Flooding Reported In Southern Allegheny County
BALDWIN (KDKA) -- Major flooding has been reported in areas of southern Allegheny County.
An urban and small stream flood advisory has been issued for Washington County, Westmoreland County and Allegheny County until 12:15 a.m.
Emergency dispatchers say Route 51 at Stewart Avenue is blocked off.
White Oak, Baldwin and Castle Shannon crews are blocking off areas from Route 88 to Route 51.
Allegheny County has been keeping a running list of blocked off areas on Twitter.
