4 Arrested In Major Drug Bust
WASHINGTON COUNTY (KDKA) -- Police have arrested three men and a woman from California, after uncovering more than 250 pounds of marijuana.
On May 15, police say James Massery arrived at a freight shipping company in Allegheny County and took custody of a crate. That crate was known to contain 170 pounds of marijuana.
Police say Massery drove the crate to Monroeville and met up with John Kash, Glenn Myers and Aimee Burgess.
The four then drove to McIntosh Excavating in the Borough of Allenport, Washington County.
Officers executed a search warrant and recovered the crate, as well as an additional 30 pounds of marijuana.
Overall, troopers seized a total of 255 pounds of marijuana and $200,000 in cash.
All four suspects are being held in the Washington County Jail.
