Local High Schools Go All Out Creating Video "Lip Dubs"
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Pittsburgh area high schools are showing off their creativity by making unique "lip dubs" featuring hundreds of students from their schools.
Pine-Richland High School, North Hills High School, and Plum High School have already made and posted their lip dubs.
A "lip dub" is a form of music video involving groups of people lip syncing to a song.
Hundreds of thousands of people have watched the students' videos on YouTube.
Pine-Richland was the first to post their video in February. It features the song "Best Day Of My Life" by American Authors.

More than 1,400 North Hills High School students participated in their first ever lip dub video.
The school chose to use "Wake Me Up" by Avicii.
The music video featured nearly every athletic team, club and student at the high school.

Plum High School says they made their first ever mashup lip dub highlighting all three Pittsburgh sports teams.
Students dressed in Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins jerseys were filmed in the video.
This is the 5th year the school has made a lip dub.
