Local Gentleman's Club Raided As Part Of Ongoing Probe Into City Police Bureau

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Sources confirm federal agents spent several hours on Thursday at Silky's Gentleman's Club in McKees Rocks.

Sources confirm the FBI agents had a subpoena, and asked for and received receipts from the last four years.

The request was for all transactions at the gentleman's club made on city accounts or police federal credit union accounts.

KDKA's Marty Griffin Reports:

For the first time, city lawyers released documents from the federal credit union accounts, transaction records from Luke Ravenstahl's bodyguard Dom Scuilli.

"We are only going to answer questions and refer to documents that we secured through appropriate means, obviously because there's still an ongoing investigation," City Solicitor Dan Regan said.

The city solicitor confirms the accounts were opened at the federal credit union by former police chief, Nate Harper.

Sources confirm the chief is telling investigators he was told to open the accounts by higher-ups in city administration.

KDKA's Ken Rice Reports:

There are also concerns about why there is only one sheet of records released with fewer than 20 transactions from accounts at least seven people had cards for. That the mayor, by his own admission, says were opened as far back as 2004.

"Which is, frankly, part of the frustration," said Yarone Zober, Mayor Ravenstahl's chief of staff. "There's nothing we'd like more than to have all these records and to have had them a week ago when all of these accusations were being made falsely."

Meanwhile, there's been no comment from city leaders regarding the FBI subpoena at the McKees Rocks gentleman's club on Thursday.
