Jussi Jokinen Discusses Dirty Play By Bruins Forward Brad Marchand
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Pens Center Jussi Jokinen has a history with Bruins Winger Brad Marchand, and responds to the comments made by Marchand after their last game that Jokinen was torturing him and refused to fight.
"That's pretty funny coming from his mouth knowing what kind of player he is," Jokinen said. "I don't think Pittsburgh pays me to fight. It's different stuff I bring to the team."
Jokinen also talks about whether or not the players have been able to enjoy the playoff run they've made so far.
"I think we've been enjoying (it)," he said. "Personally for me, I have been in the playoffs before, so I've been enjoying every moment. These chances don't come too often -- you have to enjoy every moment."
Jokinen also went on to discuss the controversial call made in Game 7 between the Blackhawks and Red Wings and how he'd like to see refs handle those situations.
