PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden announced on Sunday that they will be taking a train tour through western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio on September 30.
On Wednesday, Joe Biden is expected to talk about the economy, the working class and corporations, according to his campaign.
