I-79 Crash In Portersville Causing Major Traffic Jam
PORTERSVILLE (KDKA) -- An accident near a construction zone on Interstate 79 in Butler County is causing major traffic backups in that area this afternoon.
State police say the multi-vehicle crash happened on the northbound side of I-79 in Portersville.
There's no word on if anyone was injured in the accident.
But there's heavy construction going on in that area adding to the traffic mess.
Backups are reportedly stretching for miles.
