HAMPTON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a Hampton Township bank was robbed on Wednesday afternoon by a man wearing a horror movie mask.
According to authorities, the incident happened at the Citizens Bank in the 4000 block of Route 8 just before 1 p.m.
The FBI says the suspect was wearing a Halloween mask that looks like the one wore by the villain in the "Scream" horror movies. He was also caught on surveillance video inside the bank.
Officials say, in addition to demanding money, the suspect also threatened one of the tellers.

Although no weapon was threatened or shown, officials say the suspect kept motioning to his waist.
He is described as a black male, standing about 6-feet to 6-feet-2-inches tall. His age is unknown. He was also wearing a blue hoodie, black pants, latex gloves and was carrying a backpack.
The suspect took off on foot, but less than a minute away, another person was waiting in a light-colored sedan at Calvary Baptist Church, police said. The two drove north on South Pioneer Road.
Surveillance video helped police pinpoint where the suspect went and who was waiting with him in the church lot.
No injuries were reported, and authorities are not releasing how much money was stolen.
Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact the FBI Pittsburgh office at 412-432-4000.
