Montreal rebounded from a letdown in Game 1 to beat the Penguins 3-1 and tie the series at a game a piece.
Jaroslav Halak appeared to return to form, after allowing 5 goals and getting the hook in Friday's game, stopping 38 shots. The only Pittsburgh goal came early in the first period from Matt Cooke. The Canadiens tied it up on a marker by Brian Gionta later in the period and Mike Cammallerie notched the go-ahead goal midway through the second. He added another late in the third to put the game out of reach.
After a 4-for-4 performance with the man advantage in the previous game, the Pens failed to score on three power-play opportunities.
NewsRadio 1020 KDKA talked exclusively with hockey analyst and former Pittsburgh Penguin Jay Caufield about the Pens' struggles.

The Penguins were without center Jordan Staal, who is listed as day-to-day with a foot injury. Staal played in 358 consecutive games, including the playoffs, before this setback.
Pittsburgh now heads to Montreal for Game 3 on Tuesday night with the series tied 1-1.
