Statewide Amber Alert Canceled After 7-Year-Old Giselle Torres Found Safe

ELKINS PARK, Pa. (KDKA) -- A 7-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted in eastern Pennsylvania has been found safe, state police say.
Police say Giselle Torres has been located and is safe. Police say she was reportedly abducted by 41-year-old Juan Pablo Torres, her non-custodial biological father, on Friday in Montgomery County. Police say he was joined by two other men who were armed.
Police in New York said they may have been headed to the New York City area.
The suspect is in custody and charges are pending, police say.
