So, as part of Furry Tails, I'll be doing an ongoing feature on adoptable pets from local animal shelters once a week. If you have room in your heart and are looking to bring a lovable ball of fur into your home, maybe one of these guys is meant to be a part of your family!

Lake
Animal Friends
Lake is a laid back cat who loves to sleep in her fish-shaped bed, but also cozy up for a nice pet sometimes! She needs a loving fur-ever home!
Animal Friends Pet Profile:
This sweet girl came to us along with some other cats through our Humane Investigations when they were abandoned by her owner. Lake is a gorgeous gray cat that can often be found sleeping in a cat bed shaped like a fish in the Free Roam room here at Animal Friends. Lake gets along well with her feline roommates here at the shelter so we don't think she would mind going home with other cats. Lake loves to be petted as well! Lake has been introduced to dogs here at the shelter, and could possibly go home with a calm dog.

June & Sunny

Looking to bring a bunny into your home? How about 2 bunnies? Sunny and June are husband and wife. They've both been in foster care for quite a while, and need a fur-ever family to love and care for them.

June: June is being fostered with her bonded bunny hubby, Sunny. June and Sunny must be adopted together. She is a sweet, impish delight. In her foster home, she likes to say "good morning" by jumping up and down, eat parsley and romaine, lie under the open bedroom window and listen to the outdoor sounds.
Sunny: Sunny is currently being fostered with his bonded wifey, June. Sunny and June must be adopted together. Sunny is definitely the right name for this fluffy bunny, as he is like a little ray of sunshine, brightening everyday. His favorite things include: food, being petted, he's as fluffy as a teddy bear, being both goofy and laid back, and hopping around the room and explore.
