Furry Tails: Searching For A Forever Home (8/28)
Are you looking to bring a pet into your home? Local animal shelters are a great place to find a furry companion. So, as part of Furry Tails, I'll be doing an ongoing feature on adoptable pets from local animal shelters once a week. If you have room in your heart and are looking to bring a lovable ball of fur into your home, maybe one of these guys is meant to be a part of your family!
Tasha
Western Pa. Humane Society
This adorable blue and white, 3-year-old pit bull is looking for a good home! Tasha came to the Humane Society when her former owners moved away.
According to the Humane Society, Tasha would do well in a home where she is an "only child," as she is a bit uncomfortable with other dogs. She tends to be a little afraid of them.
But Tasha loves people and playing with toys. She also walks very nicely on a gentle leader.
This pit bull is also pretty smart! She's been through obedience training at the Misty Pines Dog Park and has all the basics down.

Morrison
Animal Friends
Morrison is a sweet, little white rabbit who is looking for a forever home! Animal Friends calls him their handsome gentleman with his soft, white fur and pretty violet eyes.
As for his personality, 7-year-old Morrison is dynamic. He enjoys people and gets along with other laid-back bunnies.
He's been neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.
Animal Friends says he would fit into almost any home. They are looking for a place where he can run and explore his surroundings. Someone has even sponsored his donation.
