Fire Sends Crews To North Side
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A fire sent emergency crews to Pittsburgh's North Side this afternoon.
According to emergency officials, it broke out at a home in the 1400-block of Sandusky Street near Allegheny General Hospital.
The fire reportedly started on the second floor of a house.
Officials at the scene say a 5-year-old boy and his babysitter were able to get out of the home safely.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The cause is under investigation, but authorities say an oxygen tank may have fueled the blaze.
