The FBI originally spread the word in the Pittsburgh area, not knowing exactly where she was headed. But, earlier this week, said the girl and her alleged abductor might be headed to West Virginia.
She was believed to have been abducted by Bruce Lynch Jr.
He is in custody, officials said.
