Domestic Call Prompts 3-Hour Standoff
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) –An early morning standoff in the Hill District ended Saturday morning after several hours.
It started around 3 a.m. in the 2600-block of Center Avenue in Upper Hill.
Police say they responded to a domestic call and when they arrived, the woman at the house wouldn't open the door for police.
Eventually police did get inside the house and did not find anyone else inside.
The scene was cleared by 6:30 a.m., it's not clear how the standoff ended.
