Disabled Tractor Trailer Removed From Roadway
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A disabled tractor trailer caused some major traffic problems this morning in Penn Hills.
The vehicle was blocking Rodi Road near Duff Road in both directions, but it has since been removed.
It reportedly got stuck on a curb while trying to turn onto Rodi Road.
According to Allegheny County's Department of Emergency Services, the incident caused traffic to back up onto the Parkway East at Penn Hills and onto Route 22 in Churchill/Wilkins Township.
It took crews about an hour to remove the truck and reopen the road.
