DeCicco Leaving Pitt
Pittsburgh (KDKA)- Instead of receiving another transfer, the Pitt football team is about to have a player transfer from the program.
Sources tell KDKA-TV Sports that unless there's a last minute change of heart, tight end Brock DeCicco plans on leaving Pitt.
Yesterday, Paul Zeise of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that DeCicco didn't attend yesterday's practice.
The problem is that the redshirt sophomore from Thomas Jefferson plays a position that's been phased out of the Pitt offense.
Head coach Todd Graham uses an h-back instead of a tradition tight end.
When the former 4-star recruit originally committed, he selected Pitt over Iowa, Wisconsin and Virginia Tech. Look for DeCicco to end up at one of those programs.
