Crosby Ruled Out Against Tampa Bay
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — 'Crosby Watch' continues for the foreseeable future as Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma announced captain Sidney Crosby out of tonight's game at Tampa Bay.
Crosby has been cleared for contact for over a month now but hasn't yet been cleared to play by doctors. He hasn't spoken to the media for several days as there's been no change in his status.
Bylsma has ensured that when Crosby is healthy and cleared to play it won't be a mystery. He has said the team will make it clear and provide an announcement when the time comes.
Crosby hasn't played since Jan. 5.
