Crime Stoppers: Mothers Of Shooting Victims Make Plea For Witnesses To Come Forward
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Two Pittsburgh mothers who lost their sons to gun violence are pleading with possible witnesses to come forward and help investigators solve the double homicide.
Carlton Watson Jr., 24, of McKees Rocks, and Richard West-Gray, 26, of the Hill District, both died in a hail of gunfire back on the morning of June 3.
They were found shot to death in their car on Route 65, near the McKees Rocks Bridge.
Watson's mother, Dorothy Green, said, "If anybody knows anything, it's not snitching. It's doing the right thing. If it happened to you, and I knew something, I would pick up the phone and call [police]."
"I just want to say morally, it's not snitching, it's a moral obligation to tell what you know," Gray's mother, Louise Gray, said.
