Could We Be On Top Of The Triangle In The Near Future?

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- Did you know that the USX Tower roof is the largest, highest flat space on top of any building on earth, the highest "artificial acre" in the world?

Now, imagine riding to the top of the Steel Building and looking out from a special three-story observation deck that is accessible all year long and showcases our city in a whole new way.

It could happen if David Bear at the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry at Carnegie Mellon University has his way.

He tells KDKA AM's Larry Richert and John Shumway about his idea for a special public area and if it is possible.
