Costco Recalling Black Pepper That May Contain Salmonella
If you shop at Costco, listen up:
The company is recalling thousands of containers of black pepper because they may contain salmonella.
The 12-ounce plastic jars of "Kirkland Signature Coarse Malabar Pepper" were sold between April and June of last year.
The FDA detected the bacteria during some routine testing.
So far, no one has gotten sick, but the FDA wants customers to throw it out, just to be safe.
