Corey O'Connor Looks To Pittsburgh's Future
PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- With the new administration moved in to the offices downtown, Pittsburgh City Councilman Corey O'Connor talked about where the city can go from here and what the mayor will need to do.
"It's great to see some new discussions going on downtown and I think that really the excitement that we all have and the support we want to give to him, because we know how difficult of a job that it is," O'Connor said. "Especially starting out, you want to get the support of council on major issues as to move the city forward."
Rob Pratte and Corey O'Connor also talked about new development in the Pittsburgh area.
O'Connor says that new business is continuing to flow into the city, which can help the entire community. He also adds that parks could play a vital role in new development in the city.
