Copper Stolen From Trinity School Of Ministry In Ambridge

AMBRIDGE (KDKA) -- Local police are investigating a copper theft.

Thieves stole copper downspouts and gutters from the Trinity School For Ministry in the 1100-block of Merchant Street in Ambridge.

The facility's director of maintenance called Ambridge police around 6:40 a.m. Wednesday when he discovered the materials were missing.

The stolen items include three sections measuring 18-feet and one section that measures 10-feet. They are painted brown.

Ambridge police are asking local scrap yards to be on the lookout for anyone trying to sell these items.

Police ask anyone with information to call them at 724-266-5977.
