PITTSBURGH (KDKA/AP) -- Republican Guy Reschenthaler has won election to the U.S. House in Pennsylvania's 14th congressional district.
He was facing Bibiana Boerio. The Democrat was the only woman running for Congress in western Pennsylvania.
