Clairton WR Aaron Mathews Flips From Penn State, Commits To Pitt
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Clairton wide receiver Aaron Mathews has changed his mind about playing for the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Mathews sent out an announcement on Twitter Monday saying he has decided to stay home, and play for the Pitt Panthers.
In his decision he says, "after a lot of thinking I will be de-committing from Penn State as a safety and committing to the University of Pittsburgh. I'm looking forward to playing in my hometown."
