City, County Host Steelers Pep Rally In Market Square
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Do you have on your black and gold today?
If not, you should. Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto and Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald have declared today "Steelers Friday."
Excitement is growing for this Sunday's AFC Divisional Round Playoff Game featuring the Steelers against the Denver Broncos.
Ahead of the game, the city and county hosted a Playoff Rally Friday afternoon in Market Square downtown.

The rally featured music and entertainment from DJ Steve Maffei Jr. and the Pittsburgh Steeline Drumline, as well as Steelers alumni like Chris Hoke, and Steely McBeam was there, too.
There were also prizes and giveaways.
Many of the fans in attendance were worried now that wide receiver Antonio Brown has been ruled out for the game.
"It hurts," said Pope Yinzer. "There's no doubt it hurts, but we have other good receivers in Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton, so they're just going to have to step it up, that's all."
But they are still optimistic.
"I think we're going to win this one. It's going to be a good game; it's going to be a defensive game. I'm looking at a 27-24 type score," Pope Yinzer said.
