City Council To Vote On $25K Strip Club Settlement
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – City council will vote Wednesday on a $25,000 settlement it will have to pay out to the strip club Blush.
Blush, which is located downtown, has settled with the city after off-duty police officers were barred for working as security guards.
The city and acting Police Chief Regina McDonald were sued back in March by One Three Five Inc. – a company that provides security to the club.
Off-duty officers had been banned from working as security guards for the club, but the ban was overturned in June.
A judge made the decision saying the club's constitutional rights had been violated.
