On Wednesday, the Pittsburgh police responded to a 911 call of a carjacking at the store in East Liberty on Penn Avenue just before 6 p.m.
Officials found a man in the lower garage with a significant wound to the back of his head.
Police said they don't know if a weapon caused the wound.
The victim told officials he was attacked by multiple males and two of the males stole his 2011 blue Jeep Patriot.
The other suspects ran.
No other people were injured.
"It doesn't make me feel comfortable, knowing that's kind of happening and we were parked right here too," Jenna Leo said.
"It is concerning. Parking garages are especially dangerous for women," Nadia McGill said.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
