Caldwell No Longer A Candidate For Steelers Offensive Coordinator Job
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — ESPN is reporting former Colts head coach Jim Caldwell will take the quarterbacks coach job in Baltimore, meaning he's no longer a candidate to fill the offensive coordinator vacancy in Pittsburgh.
Caldwell was rumored to be a candidate for the Steelers offensive coordinator job and reportedly interviewed with coach Mike Tomlin on Saturday about the position.
Bruce Arians was not offered a contract to return next season as the Steelers offensive coordinator. He has recently been hired as the offensive coordinator with the Indianapolis Colts.
