Bruce Springsteen Rocks Pittsburgh With "The River"
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - "The Boss" was in Pittsburgh Saturday night, performing an album he crafted more than 35 years ago.
Bruce Springsteen kicked off his "The River 2016 Tour" at the CONSOL Energy Center at 7:30 p.m.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Springsteen and the E Street Band have played "The River" just once all the way through. It was in 2009 at Madison Square Garden.

Springsteen and the band played to a sold-out crowd, performing songs from "The River," many other hits and a tribute to David Bowie.
