Brownsville Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Assaulting 15-Year-Old Girl
BROWNSVILLE (KDKA) - Christopher Wiley Brown, 30, is accused of kidnapping and assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
According to a police complaint, the incident reportedly stemmed from an agreement between Brown and the teen's father. The girl was to assist Brown's fiance, who is disabled.
Tuesday night, Brown asked the teen's father if the girl could stay over to keep his fiance company, to which the father agreed.

Sometime during the evening, Brown told the girl that she was going to wear "foot chains." The reports states that Brown restrained the teen's hands and feet, exposed himself to her and instructed her to touch him.
Brown reportedly left the girl with the shackles on her feet and told her she would have to sleep with them on. That is when the teen contacted her father via text message and he called 911.
Brown is charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, corruption of minors, unlawful restraint and indecent assault.
Neighbors say they are not surprised that something nefarious happened at the home.
"I've heard things like that about him but I've never witnessed anything," one resident said.
Brown is due in court next week for a preliminary hearing.
