Browns Tackle Fined For Hit On Roethlisberger
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Not that it eases the pain or anger of many of the Steelers and their fans, but Cleveland nose tackle Phil Taylor was fined Wednesday for a hit on Ben Roethlisberger from Thursday night.
Taylor was fined $15,000 for a roughing the passer penalty in the first quarter of the Steelers 14-3 win Thursday.
Steelers linebacker James Harrison has already been suspended for one game because of a hit on Browns quarterback Colt McCoy in the same game. He is appealing the suspension.
