Boy, 6, Killed In I-70 Washington County Crash
BUFFALO TOWNSHIP (KDKA)- A 6-year-old boy was killed after being thrown from a vehicle that crashed along Interstate 70 in Buffalo Township. Washington County Wednesday night.
According to police, the crash happened around 7:30 p.m. at mile marker 12, near the Taylorstown exit.

Witnesses said they tried to save the little boy by pulling off the SUV that had landed on him, but it was too late.
Crystal Rush, 23, remains at Allegheny General Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit.
Her mother says while her daughter knows she lost her son, the reality has not sunken in.
Tammy Rush says she can't stop crying after 6-year-old Dominic Rush died in the accident.
State Police said Crystal Rush somehow lost control of her Jeep and rolled the SUV 342 feet before it landed on its roof in the median.
Both Crystal and Dominic were ejected from the vehicle. Police said neither was wearing a seat belt.
"I know he's in a better place. He'll be taken care of. I just wish she would've had him in the car seat right, properly with the seatbelt on and that's it," Tammy Rush said.
KDKA's Christine D'Antonio Reports:
Troopers don't know what caused Rush to lose control. Her mother said Rush suffers from seizures and had recently lost her health insurance for her medication.
Rush's mother said she doesn't know when her daughter will be released from the hospital. She hopes her daughter will be able to make it for Dominic's funeral.
She also said the family is having a difficult time right now coming up with the money to be able to pay for a casket. They say they're looking into setting up a fund at a local bank.
