Boudreau's Mom Not A Fan Of "24/7" Documentary
Pittsburgh (KDKA/AP) - The NHL Winter Classic is almost here that means HBO's mini-documentary "24/7 Penguins/Capitals: Road to the NHL Winter Classic" is coming to an end.
One person who would especially like to see it come to an end is the mother of Washington Capitals coach, Bruce Boudreau.
Boudreau's mother was not happy after the first show aired because it showed her son during an expletive-filled rant towards his team.
However, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman doesn't mind Boudreau cursing, saying that it is part of the "the ultimate reality show."
Bettman said "both teams have handled themselves beautifully," and no one "thinks that locker room language isn't coarse."
The second segment of the three-part HBO documentary will air tonight at 10 p.m. The final segment airs on Dec. 29 at 10 p.m.
