Bill Cowher To Receive Special Honor
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Former Steelers head coach Bill Cowher joined "The Fan Morning Show" Wednesday to share his thoughts on the team as OTAs roll on. But, more importantly, he discussed being the guest of honor at the upcoming Champions of Hope Dinner.
The dinner, a Legends for Charity Event, takes place June 26 at Heinz Field. This will be the first time this nationwide event has come to the Pittsburgh area.
Steelers great Franco Harris will be on hand to present Cowher with the honor. Guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner, and a live and silent auction. Proceeds will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
