Big Screen To Show All 2nd Round Playoff Games
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -Fans have flocked to the big screen to watch the Penguins compete in the playoffs.
Fans will also be happy to know that the big screen will remain up and running for the second round of the playoffs as well.
According to the team's official website, the big screen will be back for every game of the Penguins' Eastern Conference Semifinals series against the Ottawa Senators.
The big screen will remain across the street near the intersection of Centre Avenue and Mario Lemieux Place.
The Penguins first set up the big screen in 2008 as a way for fans who don't have tickets to the games to still take part in the playoff atmosphere.
The big screen is available to all fans free of charge, but there are some rules to keep in mind if you plan on attending.
Grills, glass and alcohol will not be permitted in the big screen area.
As it was with the first round, the big screen will area will open four hours before home games and two hours before away games.
Game 1 of the best-of-seven series will be Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
