Bethel Park Cheerleading Squad Going To National Championship

BETHEL PARK (KDKA) -- The Hawks of Bethel Park are ready to take flight.

On Wednesday evening, the community came out to cheer them on.

A pep rally was held at the high school to send off the competitive cheer squad.

The team will be going to Florida for the National High School Cheerleading Championship.

The athletes were also recognized for their support of charitable causes in the community.
