If you haven't tasted Prantl's Burnt Almond Torte, you may just want to head to one of this bakery's two locations to find out what you've been missing. With two locations in Westmoreland County, The Country Pie Shoppe made our favorite bakeries list because its "chocolate chip cookies are made to perfection!"
