Authorities Arrest Fayette Co. Man In Buffalo
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A local man, who was convicted of kidnapping even though he didn't show up at his own trial, has been arrested in New York state.
Victor Tarpley, 32, of Fayette County, was found guilty of kidnapping a man, robbing him and attempting to get a ransom for him.
Investigators tracked Tarpley to Buffalo, N.Y., where he was captured on Thursday.
