2 Killed In Monroeville Crash
MONROEVILLE (KDKA) -- A three-vehicle accident claimed the life of a mother and son in Monroeville Thursday evening.
The accident happened in the 1500-block of Golden Mile Highway near the Day Chevrolet dealership.
A pickup truck and two cars were reportedly involved.
Police say 28-year-old Jennifer Sample of Vandergrift was pronounced dead at the scene. Sample's 7-year-old son Daniel Eck was taken to Children's Hospital where he died. Another child was also transported to the hospital from the scene.
Another man was in that vehicle, but there's no word on his condition.
There's no word on the conditions of the drivers of the pickup truck or other car.
