At Least 1 Injured In Washington Co. Crash
WASHINGTON (KDKA) – At least one person was injured in a Washington County two-vehicle accident Wednesday morning.
According to emergency dispatchers, the accident happened on Route 70 at mile marker 21 around 7:30 a.m.
A tractor-trailer and a car collided just off the ramp from Interstate 79 to Route 70 westbound.
One person in the car was transported to an area hospital, but their condition is unknown.
HAZMAT crews were called to the scene for a possible diesel leak from the truck.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
