Armstrong County Officials: 911 Service Restored

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A phone outage that was causing problems for people trying to dial 911 in Armstrong County has been fixed.
According to county emergency officials, Windstream has fixed the problem and service has been restored.
If you live in the area and have an emergency, you can dial 911 again.
