Armstrong Co. Bartender, Owner Charged In Connection With Fatal Crash
RURAL VALLEY (KDKA) - An Armstrong County bar owner and bartender are now facing charges in connection with a crash that killed three men earlier this year.
Larry Pompelia, the owner of the Final Score Saloon in Rural Valley, was previously charged with doctoring surveillance video and sales records in order to avoid blame.
Now, police claim he sat and watched while Kristin Fisher, 19. of Cowanshannock, served the men.
Another bartender, Karly Good, was previously charged.
In May, Sean Titus, 20, Zane McMillen, 19, and Cody Douglas, 19, all of Kittanning, were killed when the truck they were in crashed upside down in a pond after leaving the bar.
Titus was the driver of the vehicle.
Witnesses tried everything to help them, including using a crowbar to break windows and pry open the doors.
