Armed Robbery Suspects Sought In Plum
PLUM (KDKA) – Police are investigating an alleged armed robbery in Plum Saturday night.
According to police, the incident happened at the Plum Convenience Store in the 7600-block of Saltsburg Road around 10:15 p.m.
Two African-American males entered the store and demanded money from the clerk.
One of the men allegedly pointed a small handgun at the clerk and fired one shot into the ceiling.
Both men fled the store on foot, but it is not known how much cash was stolen.
One of the men was described as being about 6-feet tall with a heavy build. He was wearing a black, hooded-sweatshirt with a white mask.
The other suspect was described as being about 6-feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a blue, hooded-sweatshirt and a white mask.
