Amber Alert Cancelled In Ohio, Missing Girl Found Safe
WINTERSVILLE, OHIO (KDKA)- Police issued an Amber Alert for a missing Ohio girl, but this morning, we've learned she has been found safe.
The Amber Alert was issued overnight for 7-year-old Mariska Montgomery, who police say was abducted by her father, 30-year-old Matthew Scott Montgomery.
Mariska was last seen in Wintersville, Ohio, which is near Steubenville.
The Amber Alert has been cancelled and police said Mariska has been found safe. We are unsure about the whereabouts of Matthew Montgomery.
Police believe Matthew Montgomery may be traveling in a light blue 1998 Ford Mustang. It has Missouri plate #FK2U3Z.
