Accident Closes Route 28 In Troy Hill
TROY HILL (KDKA) – One person was injured in an early Wednesday morning accident in Troy Hill.
According to emergency dispatchers, the accident happened on Route 28 near the Heinz plant around 6 a.m.
One vehicle flipped over and both sides of the road were closed for a period of time.
One person was hurt, but the extent of the injuries are unknown.
