3 Charged In "High Level" Marijuana Production
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Three people are facing charges for allegedly operating a high level marijuana production in South Buffalo Township.
Police say Jessica Lucas, James Lucas and Travis Johnson had 24 marijuana plants in a growing station at 425 2nd Avenue. Police also say the trio was using a drying station and processing the marijuana for distribution.
About $5,000 worth of growing equipment was taken by police.
All three face charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of a drug paraphernalia.
