RESULTS:
Winners of the USA Track and Field Half Marathon are Leonard Korir with a time of 1:01:52 and Stephanie Bruce with a time of 1:10:43.

The winners of the half marathon are Antonio Cardona Rodriguez, for the second consecutive year, with a time of 1:05:08 and Stephanie Bonk with a time of 1:22:02.

With a time of 2:10:34, the winner of the 2019 Pittsburgh Marathon is Boniface Kongin.

"I feel so happy and to make it more happier I did it in Pittsburgh," Kongin said. "I felt the crowd kept me moving on such a difficult course. I am just super happy and this gave me the moral boost I needed."
Bizuwork Getahun Kasaye won the women's division of the Pittsburgh Marathon with a time of 2:36:29.
