21 Year Old Charged For Sexual Assault Of 13 Year Old
WESTMORELAND COUNTY (KDKA) -- Police have charged a 21-year-old Pennsylvania man for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
The alleged assault took place on August 4 in Derry Township.
Twenty-one-year-old Harry Woodrow, of Media, Pa., is facing multiple charges, including statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.
State police say they received a report of a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old girl, and the following investigation indicated Woodrow did have sex with the victim, allegedly by force.
Woodrow was arrested at his home on Wednesday and sent to the Westmoreland County Prison. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14.
