2 Women Attacked With Blow Darts In Ohio
NEWARK, Ohio (AP) - Police say two women in a central Ohio city separately reported being targeted by someone firing blow darts at them, possibly from a dark-colored vehicle.
The dart attacks occurred Sunday night in Newark, about 30 miles east of Columbus.
One woman told police she was walking along a street when she felt a sharp pain and found a blow dart several inches long stuck in her upper leg.
Police say she was bruised but didn't require medical treatment.
A second woman told police she found a dart after hearing something hit her umbrella.
Police say the darts were the same type but different colors.
They say whoever was responsible could face assault charges.
